ORDERS POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE GET FREE RETURN SHIPPING.

Didn't get it postmarked within 14 days? Exchange merchandise by mail within 15 days of the order shipment date for a refund to the original form of payment. Any items sent back after 14 days that use our return shipping label will have $10 deducted from your exchange in order to cover shipping costs.

IN-STORE PURCHASES: 

Exchanges are available within the first 14 days of purchase. All jewelry, beauty, and marked down items are final sale. Please note: processing timelines are dependent on your bank.

We offer local pickup! Simply choose LOCAL at checkout for shipping options.  

SHIPPING: 

We are proud to now offer Free Shipping on all orders OVER $50 ! We usually get your orders out right away, but during peak season please allow for up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email, along with once your order has shipped!  

BEFORE YOU SEND: 

  • All jewelry, beauty, and clearance items are final sale. 

  • Customer's original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

  • Please be cautious of the items that you are returning, and make sure all items are unworn with original tags.

  • Any Items returned that do not meet the standard for exchange/store credit are subjected to being sent back at the customer expense.
